the shaPe of the morning
once a month, on a Sunday, we run a 60-minute hybrid class of breathwork, yoga, Pilates. after our hybrid session, the room shifts. 30 minutes of a community moment. Sometimes a drink, sometimes just a hang. People you’ve just sweated next to, talking. The room doesn’t ask you to perform, just connect.
