about US

we are built to lead a cultural movement against the pressure wellness brands collectively manufacture and the loneliness, anxiety and shame it leaves behind. the feeling that you, as you are, are not enough.

goop sells care as status. whoop sells it as a dashboard. hyrox sells it as a competition. the morning-routine reel sells it as content.

we don't. where wellness sells perfection, we offer permission to be human to move without metrics, to gather without performance, to feel without optimising through monthly real life events, a Substack that reads like a friend, and merch that marks belonging, not status.

our  maniFestO

you don't have to be okay this morning. you're allowed to wake up tired, slow, unsure, in a body that did its best yesterday and might do it again today. that's saolful.

we're for the human bit — the bit the wellness industry forgot while it was busy selling adrenal fatigue and morning routines made for a camera. the bit that wakes up like this one day, like that the next. the bit that lapsed three years ago and feels weird about coming back. the bit that's tired of being told it's broken.

so we made a room. sunday mornings, hybrid sixty minutes of pilates, yoga and breath, then thirty more for hanging out with the people next to you. movement for modern minds.

we believe in collectiveness because we miss it. in curiosity and creativity because they're the difference between being alive and being optimised. in feelings, moods, nervous systems — the small unglamorous weather inside a person. in fun and laughter and vibes, because none of this works if it's not a good time.

we believe in science and spirituality and universe energy, all at once. in hope, truth, authenticity, imperfection, craft. in rick rubin and cat lovers and oddballs because the people the wellness industry forgot to invite are who we built this for.

you're not failing. you're a person. you're allowed to come back on a sunday morning in your worst t-shirt and meet the rest of us as we are and in the room.

permission to be human. permission to move slowly. permission to belong here on the days you'd rather not belong anywhere. that's the whole thing.

love,
saolful.
