CBF is the answer to movement for low-motivation days. For the days you’re tired, wired, hungover, burnt out, or just having one of those weeks.
Sixty minutes of hybrid between pilates, yoga, and breathwork with thirty minutes of community moment afterwards. You walk in feeling low. You walk out feeling like yourself again.
It’s not for your best days. Best-day fitness is everywhere. CBF is for the days the gym or other studios feels like too much. Which, if we’re honest, is most of them.
The first CBF in real life at Standard X rooftop.
Take a look at our first session, movement for the morning after, for bodies that lived a little. A two-part hybrid on the rooftop saw “Horizontal Flow” (slow yoga, staying low, finding your footing) into “Sweat Out Your Sins” (fiery mat Pilates, no apologies). No mirrors. No pressure. No pretending you’ve got it all together.
