Participation Agreement & Waiver

Participation Agreement, Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
 

By registering for or participating in any Saolful class, event, activation, collaboration, run, recovery session, or in-person experience (collectively, the “Activities”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
 

1. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
 

Saolful provides movement-based wellness experiences, including but not limited to strength training, pilates, yoga, mobility, breathwork, running events, recovery sessions, and other physical activities. Participation in physical activity carries inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to:

  • Muscle strain or soreness

  • Sprains, tears, or fractures

  • Dizziness or fainting

  • Falls

  • Aggravation of pre-existing conditions

  • Serious injury or, in rare circumstances, permanent disability or death


Such risks may arise from your own actions, the actions of others, environmental or
weather conditions, third-party venues, equipment, or the nature of the Activities themselves.


You voluntarily elect to participate and expressly assume all risks, known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, associated with your participation.

2. Health Acknowledgment

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are physically and mentally fit to participate.

  • You have obtained medical clearance where appropriate.

  • You have disclosed any relevant injuries, medical conditions, or limitations.

  • You will immediately cease participation if you experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or distress.
     

Saolful instructors and facilitators are not medical professionals. The Activities are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for professional healthcare, diagnosis, or therapy.
 

You accept full responsibility for your health and wellbeing before, during, and after participation.
 

3. Release & Indemnity
 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby waive, release, discharge, and hold harmless Saolful, its directors, founders, employees, contractors, instructors, collaborators, sponsors, venue partners, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, costs, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in the Activities.
 

This release includes, without limitation:

  • Personal injury

  • Illness

  • Property damage or loss

  • Economic loss

  • Claims arising from negligence (to the extent permitted by law)
     

You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims brought by or on behalf of you, your estate, heirs, or assigns.
 

4. Third-Party Venues & Outdoor Environments
 

Activities may take place in hotels, rooftops, studios, parks, public spaces, event venues, or other locations not owned or controlled by Saolful.

You acknowledge that Saolful does not control the conditions of third-party premises and accepts no responsibility for venue-related hazards, environmental factors, weather conditions, or the conduct of third parties.
 

5. Personal Responsibility

You agree that:

  • You will participate within your own limits.

  • You will not participate under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • You are responsible for your personal belongings.

  • You will follow all safety instructions provided.
     

Your participation is entirely at your own risk.
 

6. Confidentiality & Legal Disclosure
 

Any health or personal information you provide is collected solely for safety purposes and will be handled confidentially in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Saolful may disclose information where required by law or legal process.
 

7. Media & Content Release


Saolful Activities may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded.

By participating, you grant Saolful and its collaborators the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to capture, use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and display your likeness, image, voice, or appearance in any media format, now known or later developed, for marketing, promotional, editorial, or commercial purposes without compensation.

You waive any right to inspect or approve the final content.

If you do not wish to appear in media content, you must notify Saolful in writing prior to the Activity.
 

8. Acceptance of Terms
 

By registering for or participating in any Activity, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this Agreement in full.

  • You understand that you are giving up certain legal rights.

  • You agree voluntarily and without coercion.

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or have appropriate parental/guardian consent.


Your participation constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
